Timetable and Bookings

Hi there, I hope you’re keeping well.

To attend a class, book your place here by clicking on the book now button. If you’re on a mobile device it will open the App Store for your to download my booking app Gymcatch. If you’re on a computer it will open the web page.. Either way register and search for Fitness and wellbeing with Leon, then you will have access to my timetable.

The classes running at the moment are:
Women’s Self defence – opens a new tab to my Kung Fu website, you can book on there.
Pilates – Beginner and Intermediate
Yin Yoga – All levels welcome
Hiit – High Intensity Interval Training
Qigong – classes of different levels
Wing Chun Kung Fu – Martial art
Meditation – connect with yourself and chill.
