Hi, I’m Leon and I’ve set myself the task of helping you make your life better.

That means you can be healthier, fitter, happier and more mindful of the way you live your life.

Obviously I don’t have all the answers to everything….. Actually, I don’t have any of the answers, because you’re the answer.

I have a variety of skills that cross over each other, this helps me deliver a holistic package which will work you hard but bring a weary smile to your face when you reach your goals.

Whether you want to attend one of my classes or have one to one sessions (or share with a friend or two), the concept I’m offering is local and affordable training at a pace that suits you.

Classic Pilates

A series of exercises designed to strengthen, condition and mobilize (increase flexibility) the whole body, with emphasis given to the core and back muscles. Pilates has been proven to have a positive effect on specific back ailments.

Personal Training

Build on strength, endurance and flexibility. Great for weight management, heart health and improving your state of mind. We can do this at home, in the gym, park or live over the web.

5 Elements Qi gong

A series of flowing postures performed mindfully, using specific breathing patterns. This is superb for de-stressing and reconnecting with yourself and surroundings.

Wing Chun Kung Fu

A close quarter martial art that relies on the natural physiology of the human body rather than brute strength to be effective.

Life Coaching

This is the process of helping you to identify and achieve your personal goals by helping you to develop the skills and mindset that leads to self-empowerment.

Class Location and Times

All classes are open to the public apart from the NHS one.

This is a class designed to combat the stresses and physical strains of the job. Anyone from any NHS job in any county in the uk (nurse, porter, admin etc) is welcome to come to that class. Proof of current employment will be required.
