Training and Covid 19
All Pilates classes are online till mid May, Qigong and Kung Fu are outside with up to 30 socially distanced people (weather permitting).

While we’re under Lockdown, all my classes are online.
The classes running at the moment are:
Pilates – Beginner and Intermediate
Hiit – High Intensity Interval Training
Qigong – classes of different levels
Wing Chun Kung Fu – Martial art
Meditation – combat covid blues

If you would like to attend any of my classes, Live or otherwise, please get in contact. You don’t have to be fit to join in, we can work towards that as we go.
I have 4 Pilates taster exercises for free, just click the button below.
You’re free to use them as much as you need.
I have selection of videos that you can subscribe to for £20p/m. They are categorised into Beginner and Intermediate levels. You can use them as much as you want wherever you want.

Obviously I don’t have all the answers to everything….. Actually, I don’t have any of the answers, because you’re the answer.
I have a variety of skills that cross over each other, this helps me deliver a holistic package which will work you hard but bring a weary smile to your face when you reach your goals.

Build on strength, endurance and flexibility. Great for weight management, heart health and improving your state of mind. We can do this at home, in the gym, park or live over the web.
A series of flowing postures performed mindfully, using specific breathing patterns. This is superb for de-stressing and reconnecting with yourself and surroundings.
A close quarter martial art that relies on the natural physiology of the human body rather than brute strength to be effective.
