Classic Pilates

A series of exercises designed to strengthen, condition and mobilize (increase flexibility) the whole body, with emphasis given to the core and back muscles. Pilates has been proven to have a positive effect on specific back ailments.

Personal Training

Build on strength, endurance and flexibility. Great for weight management, heart health and improving your state of mind. We can do this at home, in the gym, park or live over the web.

Qigong

A series of flowing postures performed mindfully, using specific breathing patterns. This is superb for de-stressing and reconnecting with yourself and surroundings.

Wing Chun Kung Fu

A close quarter martial art that relies on the natural physiology of the human body rather than brute strength to be effective.

Life Coaching

This is the process of helping you to identify and achieve your personal goals by helping you to develop the skills and mindset that leads to self-empowerment.
